Who are we?
Schbam was established by Hanna Katherine Gärtner in the heart of Lima, Peru. We serve clients around the world with a creative combination of cultural influences, design expertise along with a pragmatic and results-oriented approach.
A mother of two adorable boys, Gaspar and Tomé, Hanna was born in Cape Town, South Africa and she was raised in Porto, Portugal where she earned an MSc in Architecture. Her thesis delved into the realm of Inclusive Architecture, a testament to understanding how visually impaired individuals interact with and perceive public spaces.
Hanna's diverse background spans over 14 years of experience, encompassing not only interior design but also significant contributions to major civil building projects. This wealth of experience has given her a holistic view of how to transform architectural ideas into tangible realities.
What do we do?
Sketches and moodboards: Test your concept before making it real or detailing it further with our vibrant sketches and moodboards that can quickly capture the essence of your vision.
2D modelling and layouts: When exactitude and rigour play an important role in bringing your ideas to life, we transform concepts into detailed 2D/ CAD models, laying the foundation for your project's development.
3D modelling and visualization: If you want to convey your vision at its best, we combine Lumion, Revit and other last-generation tools to create 3D renders or videos that can take your project to a realistic setting.
Detailed plans and list of materials: Our meticulous approach extends to providing you with comprehensive plans and a curated list of materials, making your architectural dreams a tangible reality.
