School Culture Solutions exists to train educators and provide ongoing support to schools in implementing Restorative Practices. We focus on the following elements of school culture:

- Supporting the self-care and mental wellness of educators, students, and family members by teaching trauma-informed pedagogy and techniques to eliminate stress, manage emotions, and lead healthy, joyful lives
