Schub

Our name “Schub” translates to “Booster” in German, reflecting our mission. Just as booster rockets propel spacecraft off the ground before detaching, we see ourselves as the additional force that helps companies launch, stepping aside when they're ready to scale. Our vision is to shift the German mindset from “why not” to “let's do it,” with the long-term goal of boosting Europe's GDP and making Munich the premier hub for building technology-driven companies. Currently, we have two core offerings: Schub Space, where we bring together ambitious talent to develop early-stage ideas into committed ventures, and Schub Lab, where we launch companies and hand them over to seasoned entrepreneurs ready to scale. Schub is led by Sebastian Schuon and Lauritz Lucas, who met at CDTM in Munich.
