Schulte Marine Concept is the newbuilding arm of the Bernhard Schulte Shipmanagement (BSM), providing comprehensive spectrum of technical and management services for newbuilding, conversion and retrofit projects and for the fleet in service. Our project tailored services range from the concept design and design consultancy, project feasibility studies, thru shipyards and subcontractors vetting, contract negotiations, plan approval, site supervision, to ship inspections, Ballast Water Treatment retrofits, vessel’s trim optimization software.
We operate thru permanent regional offices in Shanghai (head office) in China and in Hong Kong and thru project dedicated site offices scattered throughout the world shipbuilding markets.

Over 400 cargo vessels ranging from 1,700 TEU to 9,400TEU container vessels, 30,000 dwt to 400,000 dwt bulk carriers, crude oil tankers, product tankers, chemical tankers, LNG carriers, LEG carriers, LPG carriers to OSV, PSV, Offshore Accommodation Vessel, Floating Offshore Transhipping Platform, 1,600 ton Derrick type Pipe Laying Barge were delivered or are under construction for 42 Shipowners in 22 shipyards in China, 10 shipyards in Korea, 6 shipyards in Japan, 6 shipyards in Europe, shipyard in Philippines, Thailand and Middle East.
We have got unique capability and capacity drawing from our Group long-lasting newbuilding, ship operation and ownership experience, our Group operates in excess of 670 vessels ranging vessel-type from container vessels, conventional bulk carriers, gravity-fed self-unloading bulk carriers, through Panamax, post-Panamax, Handy-size, ro-ro, pure car carriers, crude, chemical, LNG, LEG, LPG carriers, to heavy-lift vessels, semi-submersibles and FPSOs.
