After a PhD in Food Fermentations, he operated in Ingredient and Process Research, Product development, Innovation scoping, Nutrition, Knowledge management, Intellectual property, and Scientific and Regulatory affairs. As R&D Director for the last 20 years, Michel Infantes has been closely involved in strategic processes related to Health & Wellness innovation and strategy for food sector. Renovation for product nutritional profile or recipe improvement, as much as innovation for new benefits have been often in the scope.
