Scotia Law Training Ltd will train your staff for work as a paralegal and individuals of any age can apply. Candidates follow a programme of training approved by the Scottish legal profession.
Staff train in the national standards for the paralegal workforce: client relations, ethics, compliance, case management, legal drafting, as well as core employment skills for a small commitment of distance learning per week. Apprentices can also specialise in one of these areas: Civil Litigation, Conveyancing, Criminal Litigation or Wills & Executries.
Candidates qualify with the national 'Modern Apprenticeship in Paralegal Practice', exclusively provided by Scotia Law Training and recognised as a 'formal paralegal qualification' under the 'Law Society of Scotland Accredited Paralegal scheme'.
The Apprenticeship is a highly supportive training programme with user-friendly training packs and email tutor support from solicitors.
