Our electronics packages will operate comfortably at the limits of the temperature envelope, ensuring that sustained operating temperatures of 220°C are achievable. At the same time other challenging variables of space envelope, pressure compensation, vibration, shock, power and torque are all controlled by carefully designed and managed projects.

We provide a one stop shop for our customers, from developing the scope of work through the design and prototype stage to full product build and lifetime support.
We can also have full manufacturing facilities and can build to print if you have an existing product you would like to outsource. This includes PCB population, box builds, control panels, cabling and much more.
On top of this we have an in house reliability test centre to qualify all our products and also hire this out as a service. Capabilities include the following plus more:
• HALT HASS Testing -100°C to +200°C (70°C - 100°C/minute average)
• Shock Testing - up to 30,000g
• Full 360° X-Ray Inspection with Geometric Magnification
