The SLF is a collaborative forum of over 375 most senior leaders (SCS, CEO and equivalent) at the heart of Scotland’s public services working together in a uniquely peer-to-peer setting, sharing a common purpose of improving lives. The forum is co-chaired by the Chief Executive for the Convention of Scottish Local Authorities (COSLA) and the Scottish Government’s Director General Communities, who are supported by a Strategic Steering Group formed by the leaders from across the SLF membership.
