Sea to Central commenced operations in 2021, with a strong focus on providing Support Coordination to Territorians whom have a disability. Our story began with seeing a lack of disability services offered and provided in remote communities. Our belief is that everyone should have access to supports that meet their needs to ensure their rights are upheld.
We focus upon ensuring activities, behaviours, policies and standards promote the highest level of cultural sensitivity while connecting participants to personalised services that is suited best to their everyday needs.
