In 1988, Donald’s son, Randy Seaman, took the reins and, together with a dedicated team, grew Seaman’s into an award-winning mechanical contractor. In 2023, Seaman’s proudly transitioned from a family-owned business to a 100 percent employee-owned company, ensuring that every associate has a vested interest in our continued success.
