Securities Association of China was established in 1991. The association conscientiously implements the Constitution of the Securities Association of China and, under the supervision and guidance of the China Securities Regulatory Commission, unites and relies on all members to effectively fulfill the three functions of "self-discipline, service, and transmission". It has done some work in promoting industry self-discipline management, reflecting industry opinions and suggestions, and improving the industry development environment, playing the due role of industry self-discipline organizations.
