Changing vacant lots into a blooming oasis, tree pits converted into herb gardens and in between all the concrete one or another flower pleases passing pedestrians. Bringing more green to the city is the vision of Seedbomb City.
Benjamin, founder of the young label from Berlin, has been enthusiastic about gardening his whole life. As a child he was sowing seeds together with his grandpa in the family garden. After high-school and
university Benjamin finally came to Berlin, right into the center of the buzzing metropolis. Thus his passion for “Guerilla Gardening” developed, a movement
proclaiming gardening on public spaces. In 2016 Benjamin turned his passion into his profession and founded Seedbomb City. Since then he produces everything a urbanite needs for gardening. At the center seedbombs, like the name suggests, small balls of soil, clay and seeds. These can be casted onto hard to reach spaces.
It quickly became evident that those products are versatile in their use outside of guerrilla gardening. Particular close was the field of promotional products. When 98% of all promotional products are thrown away anyway, it is only logical to use
a product, which was exactly developed for this purpose. Our seedbombs and our brand new seedpills not only prevent unnecessary waste, but also ensure
the floral diversity, letting bees and butterfly find suffizient food.
