Starting in 2021, Seedbox began as a convergence of several separate ventures, eventually consolidated into a single holding company. Throughout this process, Seedbox evolved into an investment holding company aimed at capital appreciation and investment income (dividends/profit-sharing). Seedbox's vision is to be a respected active investment firm specialized in small businesses in Indonesia and the preferred partner for investors seeking to participate in the >80% dominant sector of the Indonesian economy.
Seedbox focuses on acquiring small companies with stable markets and revenues that adhere to good corporate governance (GCG) principles.

NRH: a platform for ventures in the realm of green energy. Currently operating in the electric vehicle distribution business.
HMI: serves as a platform for ventures in the FnB sector. Currently holds minority investments in three FnB businesses.
Business Development:
In addition to acquiring existing businesses, Seedbox is also developing businesses from scratch. There are several businesses in various stages of development, from conceptualization to trial and error. Currently, there are two businesses in the advanced development stage, operating in the hobby and digital platform sectors.
