Seeds 4 Tomorrow is a registered non-profit organization with the goal of “planting seeds of mental health knowledge today to grow awareness and plan for a better tomorrow.”
We plan to reach many different cultural and age groups through meaningful activities, programs, and workshops related to mental health and wellbeing. In turn, we hope to increase knowledge, awareness, and understanding of the important role of mental health in our lives!
