Holistic approaches, which include faith, nutrition, fitness, relationship, and modern mental wellness techniques, are an imperative component of SJG’s services.

Proven Mental Wellness Practices
As a Certified Mental Health Coach, I utilize proven mental wellness techniques such as mindfulness and breathing exercises, Cognitive Behavioral Coaching (CBC), Emotional Freedom Technique (Tapping), and artistic expression. I strive to stay current and research a wide variety of techniques in order to offer more tools to clients.
Holistic Approach
Spiritual, physical, nutritional, relational, intellectual — Because mental health is directly related to all other areas of health, a holistic approach is imperative to true, whole healing. Through the variety of techniques I use, coaching and classes at SJG are naturally holistic and allow clients to biblically and healthily pursue peace.
Compassionate Care
While I of course will never equate your pain with mine, I believe my suffering has gifted me with a deep sense of compassion. It takes bravery to open up to another person. You can trust that I will both accept your heart and give you mine.
