Our firm, led by Managing Director Jeff Hobbs, is staffed with construction, industrial and civil engineers (all PEs) as well as licensed AIA architects. Each has held senior management positions with the top 10 accounting firms in America where their cost segregation skills were honed and fine-tuned as they led teams of engineers conducting studies nationwide. Most have penned reports and white papers that have been published in nationally recognized publications and periodicals. All have experience defending cost segregation reports before the IRS when a client has been selected for audit by lottery with none over-turned.
