Hello, I'm Tara! I organise events that empower young women to be bold. Self events are for women who want to be surrounded by other like-minded women wanting the very best for themselves. Self events inspire, connect, educate and provide opportunities for collaboration on the Sunshine Coast.
I am an experienced Event Manager specialising in helping clients and business owners bring their events to life. I've been fortunate enough to have the incredible opportunity to manage conferences, international events, exhibitions, and awards ceremonies globally; across the UK, USA, Dubai, Hong Kong, Marrakech to name a few.
I truly pride myself on attention to detail, going above and beyond to ensure each event is a success.
In 2022, Self Events Co was born, creating events for young women (and men!) on the Sunshine Coast. These events provide a platform for like-minded individuals to celebrate achievements, discuss challenges, and support each other in becoming their best selves. Through inspiration, connection, education, and collaboration, Self events empower women to thrive personally and professionally.
Working both with clients and on my own events, combining my extensive corporate event experience and passion for creating community through empowering events, business owners can trust me to create memorable experiences that make a lasting impact on attendees.
