Senior Activity Service is a mobile activity service. Our commitment is to bring mentally stimulating and physically motivating activities to senior citizens who are not able to get out as well as they could before to participate in activities.
A personalized plan of activities is created at our first meeting. Input from the family or caregivers is most important regarding the goals of activity level for the senior. Our Mobile Activity Companions bring a variety of activities to the place of residence of the senior citizen.
Our service offers a way to help the elderly engage in exercise that is physically stimulating, even if it is minimal movement, based on the senior's capabilities. We also offer activities to stimulate the senior's brain, in order to help delay cognitive decline.
