Serene Insurance company Limited which was incorporated on 21ST July 2016, is a member of First Sky Group. It received a commencement certificate on 4th April 2018 and started full operations in September 2018. The business is well-capitalized above the current regulatory limit set by the National Insurance Commission and is licensed by the Commission to carry out General/Non-Life Insurance Business in Ghana. Serene Insurance was incorporated to bring innovation, speed, and agility to the delivery of insurance products and services within the country, hence our tagline “the new face of insurance”. We are poised to making an impact on the industry and have the backing of our Parent Companies. The Head Office is currently within the Tema enclave. It prides itself on employing competent staff and having a strong professional Board of Directors overseeing its operations.
