Serve Humanity Serve God Charitable Trust is a Chandigarh-based Trust working for the welfare of society. We believe that God is One and it is in every Human Being. We (a group of friends) started SHSG in 2016 with the concept of serving the unprivileged section of Society, i.e. poor farmers, laborers, widows, unprivileged children, senior citizens, patients with chronic diseases, handicapped, and disabled.
We followed the concept of “DASWANDH”, collecting/contributing 1/10th of our income and time, and using this for the survival of these needy people. Fulfilling their basic needs (Food, Health, Clothing, Shelter, and Education) is our prime focus. From the limited funds and time we have, we try our best to serve them.

SHSG SCI CARE CENTER
In India, approximately 1.5 million people live with SCI (Spinal Cord Injury) with 20,000 new cases added every year and 60-70% of them are illiterate, poor villagers. In April 2019, we started our first SHSG Care Center in Village-Ratwara which is 6Kms from PGI, Chandigarh where we brought these SCI-injured patients under one roof for the treatment of their bed sores. It takes 3 months on average to treat the bedsores and another 3 months to complete rehabilitation training. We give them following services completely FREE OF COST.
• Treatment of bed sores by dressing with the best available surgical material.
• Proper Diet food with more of protein, specifically designed by a dietitian for quick recovery.
• Exercise routines to keep them physically fit.
• Motivational sessions by top SCI motivational speakers.
• Free lab checkups
• Free ambulance service for hospital visits.
• Routine visits of General Physicians and psychiatrists.
• Rehabilitation Training.
