We will insure your mail piece meets all USPS regulations and we are also happy to help in the design phase of your mail piece and show you how a small change of your mail piece may save you money in postage. • Meet Your Deadlines - If you have a delivery date or in-home date in mind we will meet your schedule. Not only are we going to speak with you about a timeline, we take it a step further and send you reminders to make sure everything is on schedule. • Communicate – You’ll be informed in writing of your mailing project every step of the way. If you are too busy to e-mail us instructions in writing, we’ll be happy to discuss it with you, then send you an e-mail to approve. • Having Your Own Assistant – If you need an assistant, we can be that assistant. Our responsibility goes beyond taking instructions for your mailings.
