Established under the Founder’s vast experience as an IT professional with more than 18 years’ worth of experience delivering measured, monitored and managed service to the customers, Service Xcellence is a wholly owned female Motswana citizen business which believes that every Organization, Department, Division and Unit, however small or big, can also measure, monitor and manage their services effectively and attain excellence.
