SES offers a broad range of expertise through our diverse experience in construction implementation, cost analysis, HVAC systems, building automation, smart building systems, data analytics, and sustainability services. Our services cover the entire project lifecycle from the initial study (including ASHRAE Level 1, 2 and 3 energy studies) to design, project management, commissioning, and M&V. We are 100% employee owned and operated, a Certified B Corporation, and a Certified Living Wage Employer. President Brad White is a member of the City of Vancouver’s Technical Advisory Committee for Existing Commercial and Multi-Family Buildings. SES was also an invited stakeholder for consultations around the development of the Province of BC’s Building Electrification Roadmap, the City of Vancouver’s Climate Emergency Action Plan, the Canadian Infrastructure Bank Commercial Building Retrofit Initiative, and CaGBC’s Green Retrofit Economy Study. In addition, SES Consulting has taken a leading role in a variety of innovative projects that target deep emissions reductions, including pilot projects for FortisBC’s Deep Energy Retrofit Program, pilot certifications for Investor Ready Energy Efficiency through the CaGBC Investor Confidence Program.
