Setco Foundation From Grassroots Change to Scalable Impact Founded in 2009, Setco Foundation began its journey by revitalizing three non-functional anganwadis in Kalol, Gujarat—providing basic nutrition to 150 children. What started as a small-scale philanthropic initiative of Setco Group has since evolved into a centre for innovation in community development, impacting over 5,000 lives across 22 communities. Our life-cycle approach addresses interlinked challenges across: Maternal and Infant Health (malnutrition eradication) Early Childhood Development & Education Adolescent Health, Nutrition & Engagement Youth Empowerment through Sports Women's Livelihoods and Self-Reliance Over the years, we've learned that real, lasting change emerges not from isolated solutions, but from empowering communities to voice their needs and co-create sustainable models. We strive to be not just problem-fixers, but facilitators of community-led transformation, supporting joyful childhoods, healthy families, and empowered women. We’ve grown into a hub for learning and collaboration, partnering with global academic institutions and government systems to incubate scalable, evidence-based innovations that can be replicated across the country.
