Our mission is to work with our neighbors to build a hopeful future in the spirit of St. Elizabeth Ann Seton through the well-being of the whole person.
Our Programs are sponsored and staffed by the Daughters of Charity (DOC), DOC employees, and volunteers, Seton Center Outreach serves all residents of Northern Frederick County, Maryland. While we do provide emergency financial assistance when necessary, our goal is to help our neighbors build bridges out of poverty by offering programs that will educate, empower, and encourage them to move forward to a better, sustainable life. Our goals are to:
Address basic human needs
Stem homelessness
Build strong, healthy families
Provide referral services
Maintain the health of seniors
Support the transition out of poverty
Open Monday-Friday, 10am-4pm (closed for lunch 12-1pm)
