Our team, with over 25 years of experience in the aerospace, oil and gas, and automotive industries, is researching new innovative methods every day to enable a sustainable future. Our focus is on e-mobility, energy storage, climate and environmental protection. All this is done with the help of advanced plasma processes at the cutting edge of technology.
Our current product range consists of modular plasma welding power sources, which can be individually adapted to different needs and applications, as well as a novel method for metallic surface treatment using plasma. For both solutions, the focus was placed strongly on the possibility of integration into existing production lines and on digital networking and controllability.
Our plasma welding power sources were developed to be able to implement a wide variety of welding methods and additive manufacturing processes (3D printing). It is a modular concept that can be adapted exactly to the application area and creates flexibility for future expansions or adaptations.
Our innovative surface treatment system was specially developed for the contamination-free treatment of metallic surfaces. We rely on potential-free, non-contact plasma, which does not generate any wear on the plasma components and does not cause any coupling on the treated surface. This ensures low operating costs and minimizes maintenance. It is also modular, allowing easy integration into existing production lines using robots or axis systems.
