Shaanxi Huawei Forging Co., LTD is a group company of high-tech development, mechanics, metal materials forging, sales and international trade. We are China Forging Association director unit and vice president unit of Xi'an Casting & Forging Association. In November 2010, "JINHUAWEI" won "Shaanxi Famous Brand". In 2002, Huawei achieved ISO9001:2000 system certification, being the leader manufacturer of Free Forging in Northwest, also enjoys high reputation in World Forging Union, Asia Forging Union and China Forging Industrial Our company covers an area of 20000 square meters. We currently have two sets of 3500 and 800 metric tons free forging hydraulic pressure machine, 8 sets of heating furnace and heat treating furnace, over 20 sets of large milling, grinding, sawing machines. We set up a sophisticated testing laboratory of non-destructive testing, metallographic and mechanical properties, which forming production chain for forging parts from 2000kgs to 30000kgs per piece. Our production capacity is 50000 metric tons. The main products including forging shaft, forging roller, forging rudder stock, forging connecting rod, forging flange gear, various oilfield forgings pressure vessel etc. In recently years, our scientific research personnel have deeply developed and contentiously produced new products. New researched super critical and super grain refining steel products including large total fibrous single or double flange large generator main shaft and rotor, large total fibrous flange total forging turbine main shaft, large total fibrous completely pre-harden H13 die casting module, super high pressure and high intensity and high-low temperature fracturing pump valve box forgings and large-medium aerospace total fibrous ultra-fine grain and high intensity steel forgings.
