In our office we have a team taking care of our customers’ orders. Their primary assignment is to ensure that orders are well handled from ordering the fabric and accessories through to making sure that samples are on Our QC team for making sure all orders are well inspected from bulk fabric to garment making. All to ensure that Inch delivers a good quality product on time.
Our QC team is well instructed and monitored. All fabric that comes into our warehouse is inspected by machine and by hand, to ensure that the fabric is 100% as ordered. All fabrics are tested before bulk cutting, to make sure that customers' requests are well met.
Then we hand over all fabric and accessories to our CMT factories, always do in-house finishing to make sure that every shipment is well inspected and shipped on time.
