Sharpe Products specializes in custom tube and pipe bending, laser cutting and end forming - from 0.50" up to 6" OD - for customers across North America. We provide custom tube bending and tube laser cutting for the aerospace, agricultural, automotive, construction, food and beverage, medical/healthcare and recreation industries.
With the latest machine technology and a large selection of tooling, we are known for short lead times and quality results, from small runs to larger production quantities. We work primarily with steel, stainless steel, aluminum and other metals.
Our capabilities include bending and laser cutting round, oval, square, and rectangular material. We can handle tight radii, large radii, as well as multi-radius bends. Our equipment includes all-electric CNC tube bending machines and the latest fiber-optic tube laser equipment, from 1kW to 4kW. Our laser cutting capabilities include coping, etching, mitering, notching, and perforation. These shapes, or features, can be added to round, square or rectangle tube or pipe, creating a precise edge.
In addition, we offer a large selection of pre-bent elbows (and smaller) bends. This, along with related components, makes up our architectural handrail fittings line. Examples of the products in this group are commercial-grade brackets, connectors, disks, end-caps, flanges, newel caps and spheres.
Our customer base is made up of companies from a variety of industries including aerospace, agriculture, automotive, food & beverage, heavy equipment, marine, medical device, recreational / outdoor equipment and structural/metal fabrication.
We became ISO Certified in 2010 and currently hold an ISO 9001:2015 accreditation.
