I have been supporting ambitious individuals to create meaningful change for the last 6 years. I first started out Career Coaching supporting people with CV's, Cover Letters, Interviewing Techniques, Securing Interviews, and everything else in between.
However, about 18 months in I remember I was working 60 hour weeks and I made £8997 in one week and I learnt two things very quickly:
1. Money does not make you happy.
2. This job was not for me
You may think that this is a flex, it really isn't in fact its the opposite.
I was making a lot of money, but I was absolutely miserable at the same time.
All because I was living a life aligned to somebody else's values..
Something had to change, so it did. I realised I loved helping people achieve great things but I wanted to do this on a more personal level so started making self help videos on YouTube and I completed my Life Coaching Diploma..
Shortly after.. Shaun Holden Life Coaching was born..
However, throughout my 20's I made some huge mistakes in life..
Too many to get into on here but lets just say, I wasn't always the most pleasant person...
Therefore, a few years ago I had to go through the process of Self Forgiveness and finally stop beating myself up for my past mistakes as they were holding me back.
Since doing the deep work required I noticed that millions of people struggle with this process too, so I started helping them with the things that worked for myself.
And now I am responsible for helping over 14,000 with the process of Self Forgiveness.
I now share the powerful work of self forgiveness by helping busy professionals forgive themselves for their past mistakes.
My other time is spent coaching performance driven individuals on a 1:1 basis on all things personal and professional development.
