She is Near is a DAO for all women.
Our mission as a DAO is to
1. Promote awareness of the NEAR ecosystem and community, as well as the NDC, by collaborating with different Women in Web3 groups.
2. Establish a strong presence within NEAR, providing a supportive, educational, and incubative environment for all women in the ecosystem.
3. Demonstrate measurable and objective KPIs to showcase the impact of women's participation and contributions.
Our DAO’s purpose is to create a decentralized, transparent, and autonomous platform that empowers women to onboard, participate in the decision-making process, build their businesses on NEAR, and increase representation at all levels.
Our core objectives are to:
1. Foster a diverse community of like-minded women (and those who identify as them) who share our vision of creating a more equitable, exciting, and sustainable WEB3.
2. Provide a platform for women to collaborate, share ideas, develop professional networks and partners, and contribute to the overall development and growth of the Near Ecosystem.
3. Promote transparency and accountability in all our operations.
