Founded in 2017, Shear Structural is Georgia’s only 100% women-owned and managed structural engineering firm. We are a small but mighty team, bringing diverse perspectives and deep expertise to some of the most exciting and impactful community projects across the Southeast.
Our work focuses on adaptive reuse, healthcare, municipal/civic, and education projects, where we take pride in designing resilient, thoughtful, and sustainable structures that strengthen communities.
As a certified FBE and WBE, we are recognized by local, regional, and national entities for our commitment to diversity and excellence. Our collaborative office is conveniently located in downtown Chamblee, Georgia, just steps from the Chamblee MARTA station.
