Chefs Doug and Barbara Silva founded "Silva's Sheldon Inn" in 1988 with many fan-favorites such as Stuffed Pork Chop, Portuguese Bean Soup, Fried Calamari, and seasonal Fruit Cobbler (to name a few). Sheldon Inn specializes in classic French, American, and Portuguese cuisines while incorporating new dishes inspired by new owners Jeffrey and Jona Adkins, the expert culinary team, and many who have been with the restaurant since it was owned by the Silva's.
