Shinhan Card was incorporated on December 17, 1985, and is headquartered in Pine Avenue A(Euljiro 100, Jung-Gu), Seoul, Korea. Shinhan Card provides credit card services, factoring, installment financing and lease financing under the Credit Specialized Financial Business Act. ShinhanCard is a wholly owned subsidiary of Shinhan Financial Group Co., Ltd. (“Shinhan Financial Group”). As of 2019 the company has over 23 million personal card holders.
