Our Founding Partner, Dr. Adrienne Shnier, B.A. (Hons), M.A., Ph.D., J.D., is currently an Adjunct Professor at York University as well as a Health Law Faculty at Osgoode Hall Law School in the Professional LLM Program. Adrienne has extensive experience working with regulated and unregulated health professionals, including Dentists, Nurses, Personal Support Workers and Registered Massage Therapists.
Our Partner, Jonathan Mackenzie, B.A., J.D., was called to the Ontario Bar in 2011 and previously worked as Corporate Legal Counsel to HomeLife Realty Services Inc. from December 2019 to July 2022. Jonathan provides legal services in a broad range of corporate and commercial matters, including employment law, contract law, and business strategy and development.
