After years of hunting and trapping wild hogs, we had the idea to turn the hogs into a clean and healthy food source rather than letting them go to waste. And since Florida has an estimated 1 million feral pigs — the most in the country per square mile — we saw an opportunity to capitalize on that idea in a unique way.
