Technically, we are building a mobile app for the customers and CRM/Marketing solution for the retailers.
Retailers can benefit from our real-time proximity marketing techniques that takes the advantage of latest technologies like Beacons. They will be able to show various offers on their stores when a user walk past them, which is proven to be converting well. They will also be able to read comments and reviews made by their customers, view campaign conversions, interact with their customers, create/analyse surveys, offer special discounts to their frequent customers, track user journey through the store and much much more.
On the other hand, customers using our mobile app and will be able to view offers from nearby stores, read reviews of the store/product and even pay from their mobile phone. They can submit review of their experience after purchase, share a product with a friend, tag a friend near a store so the friend will get a notification when he/she is close to the product, collect and redeem reward points and vouchers and a lot more.
Though the system is infinitely expandable both vertically and horizontally, the most important task here is to get people to use the app. So, we have decided launch features one by one starting by offering things in the benefit of the customers. In the first stage they will be able to view offers and get reward points as the purchase, which can redeemed for discount coupons in various stores. Then we will add a wallet where user can load the money and use it pay in coffee shops and restaurants. Other features will follow in the similar fashion as we keep expanding our user-base.
