Versed in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Exposure Therapy, and Behavior Modification, we use an eclectic approach, because we know that therapy is not one size fits all.
