SHURE Initiative is the premier 501(c)(3) association for higher education planners and private sector real estate developers. SHURE Initiative's application for recognition of 501(c)(3) exempt status is pending with the IRS, but is in the belief that the organization is exempt under Section 501(a).
Starting on day one, The SHURE Initiative set out to create original content, research, membership and events of exceptional quality for university planners and PBSA executives who wanted something different than the status quo. The mission of The Student Housing and University Real Estate Initiative is to improve student lives and enhance the built environment in university neighbourhoods. Our members have been actively engaged and involved - and we've brought the same ethos to our business daily.
