Shuwaikh Gate Holding k.s.c

Shuwaikh Gate Holding Company was established as a Kuwaiti shareholding company in 2004 for the purpose of undertaking various activities and projects inside Kuwait and countries of the GCC region. The company—whose endeavors are in line with provisions of Islamic Sharia’a Law—owns stock in both Kuwaiti and foreign shareholding companies. In addition to owning stock in limited liability companies, either local or foreign, Shuwaikh Gate participates in the founding, management, financing, and the providing of third-party insurance to such companies. Shuwaikh Gate also provides financing and third-party insurance to the companies in which it owns stock, in which case, the holding company comprises at least 20 percent of said company’s capital. Shuwaikh Gate Holding Company also owns the rights to industrial properties such as patents, commercial trademarks, blueprints, and any other related rights and lends these rights to other companies to utilize either inside Kuwait or outside the country. Additionally, the company has the assets and real estate necessary to carry out its activities within the permitted legal parameters. Any surplus is reinvested in funds that are run by specialized companies who possess the expertise in their field.
