Siestafestivalen is a three day open-air festival in the south of Sweden. The festival was founded in 2003 and has approximately 10 000 recurring visitors.
The bookings are focused mainly on Indie-Pop / EDM / Hip Hop. Placebo, Phoenix, Röyksopp, Sonic Youth, Dead Prez, Håkan Hellström can be seen on posters from previous festivals.
The festival is produced by the non-profit organization Kulturföreningen Markan.
