We would like to thank everyone that over the years has contributed to
Significant Women’s Network (SWN) and announce the official closure of the organisation and website. Opportunities for professional women to connect and network across the globe are now highly available via numerous online providers and we urge you to take advantage of every professional option. We wish all our supporters and ex-members great success and joy in their future endeavours.
SWN was established over 13 years ago as a referral and invitation network bringing together women of influence to share experiences, inspire and be inspired. At a time well before the advent of Zoom et al and Covid-19 shutdowns, we held face2face forums and events focused on building strong relationships between women in professional and executive roles, across all industries.
SWN membership provided the opportunity to become part of a mutual benefit club of action and achievement oriented women. The success of SWN came from the contributions, participation and involvement of the members.

Beyond the Business Card member-only lunches were a series of private lunches held throughout the year.
This facilitated networking lunch provided an intimate environment to share personal stories, challenges and successes and made meaningful connections over a gourmet lunch and a glass of wine!
Lunch Forum Series:
Our networking lunch forum topics were inspired by our members and their passions and were designed to share knowledge, and provide tangible outcomes.
Social and Networking events
Of course we all like to have fun, celebrate our achievements and share a laugh and a glass of bubbles, so we held regular social events; cocktail parties, even the occasional fashion parade and each year our very popular Christmas networking party.
