Silk Development is the real estate development arm of Silk Road Group, bringing together the Group’s considerable experience in real estate and hospitality to develop modern, exciting and attractive projects across Georgia. Our work spans residential, mixed-use and commercial projects, offering a full range of services from concept development and financial modelling, to procurement and construction management. With more than a decade of experience in real estate development, Silk Development has overseen the construction of two large Radisson BLU hotels in Tbilisi and Batumi, and a Radisson Collection Hotel in Tsinandali, all of which are managed by our sister company Silk Hospitality. Every Silk Development project is given detailed, tailored consideration. We work closely with leading international and local architecture studios to ensure our properties blend harmoniously with the unique qualities of their surroundings and the local environment.
