SILON has more than seventy-year history, which began with the production of polyamide yarns. In the 80s, the company started production of polypropylene compounds. Nowadays, SILON as well known for the production of the various compounds encountered in everyday life. It is worth mentioning use for tap water and underfloor heating pipes, cables, consumer goods manufacturers. In the automotive industry SILON compounds are used for the production of dashboards or other interior components.
SILON has a certified quality system according to ISO 9001:2015. Environmentally proves its certification according to ISO 14001:2015 and the most demanding requirements of the automotive industry provides certification to IATF 16949:2016.
Currently, the company SILON has total production capacity of over 100,000 tons per year, which ranks it among the biggest European manufacturers in its acting segments of market.
