Well Balanced Planners, workshops and community groups provide simple routines that prioritize well-being by getting more help from family every day. My name is Alissa and as a nanny of 9 years I watched families struggle to juggle work with kids and partners on a daily basis. After getting my MBA, I’m on a mission to help families do every day easier with evidence-based wellness, time management and communication habits for creating a balanced schedule that doesn’t neglect family needs and prioritizes forgotten wants, like more time for family dinners, date nights with your partner or (shocker) for yourself.
