WIPE SERVICES:
Helping build a formidable empowered and dedicated focal unit that is abreast with Employee Assistance Program (EAP). It is an inward and outward looking intervention for both independent and multi-sectoral agencies that adopts a peer integrated education on three key pillars; HIV & AIDS, Mental Wellness and Alcohol & Drug Abuse (ADA). The initiative has co-opted WIPE led trainings, team building and health talks and sensitizations.
WELLNESS AND HEALTH SENSITIZATIONS: Human capacity development is integral in all workplaces; our aim is to support the presidential directive on Universal Health Coverage and realize sustainable development goal No.3; Health and Wellbeing.
Greatwall Coaching: This online group therapy intervention is engineered as an anonymous Employee Assistance Program (EAP) or Student Assistance Program (SAP) and referred to as GREATWALL. The Greatwall is a virtual advisory, guidance and referral solution targeting workplace professionals and learners with particular solutions on HIV & AIDS, Mental Wellness, Alcohol & Drug Addiction (ADA) and Career guide (for students). It is a safe space supported by freelance and volunteer network of verified counsellors and advisers.
