Run for EDUCATION and CLIMATE CHANGE mitigation
Organized by the Oloosirkon Residents Association and supported by Kenya Wildlife Association, the 3rd annual Sirkon Community Family Run and Half Marathon will take place at the Oloosirkon town (Kajiado East Sub-county - Kajiado county ) 28 Kms from the capital city of Nairobi on Sunday 4th June 2023. The runners will run through the Nairobi National Park for a 5kms family run and 21 km (half marathon)
This noble fundraising event will host over 2,000 runners from all over the world. The Sirkon Community Marathon is regarded as one of the most exciting and breathtaking marathons in the world. It attracts runners of all categories from fun runners, walkers, and amateurs to professionals.
The Sirkon Marathon allows participants from all over the globe to compete in an internationally acclaimed event whilst running through some of Africa's most breathtaking scenery. As a result, it has developed into one of the country’s major sporting events with a reputation of the top "must do” marathons in the world.
