Since 1974 the SIRMET Elettrica s.r.l. works on manufacture, repair and maintenance of electric transformers in mineral oil (or other dielectric liquid) and since 1990 on manufacture and repairs of epoxy resin transformers.
The factory works in observance of the “Norms UNI ISO 9001:2000” and the “ Norms CEI / IEC” actually in force.
The head office in Sala Bolognese is a 2600 m2 building and 500 m2 Offices and services situated in a 9000 m2 area in which are located the equipment to produce winding in tape,band, wire and flat , autoclave for epoxy resin treatments and oil transformers treatment, ovens for drying the windings and heating resin, room paiting,filters for vacuum treatment of dielectric fluid, analysis laboratory and testing room.
The factory is furnished of tools able to lift weights up to 40 tons.
The production is divided as follow:
Oil transformers from 50 KVA to 25 MVA with maximum operating voltage 132 kV;
Epoxy resin transformers from 100 KVA to 10 MVA with maximum operating voltage 36 kV
The factory is composed of 26/30 workers, i.e. 3 administrative employed , 2 sellers, 2 developer of the job orders, 1 manufacturing responsible, 1 testing room responsible, dielectric fluids and quality control and 18/22 manufacturing workers. Sometimes we engage external consulting for transformers design development and external factory to perform special manufacturing process.
