#SisterhoodisPower is a grassroots initiative and community at Beiersdorf with the mission to empower every woman within the organization to achieve her full potential, through offering inspiring events, promoting diverse female role models and connecting women from all levels in a global network.
Since its founding in 2020, the community has attracted 800 members from all genders across affiliates in 28 countries. It held over a dozen of #PowerTalks with senior leaders who openly shared learnings from their career journey and advice to women, closely engaging with the community.
#SisterhoodisPower also rolled out a global, cross-functional and company-wide peer mentoring program called #Grow2gether.
#SisterhoodisPower has proven a powerful movement in championing female leadership, supporting Beiersdorf’s commitment to achieving gender balance by 2025.
The community is ran by a team of passionate women from various backgrounds.
