SixDegrees.Org is a 501c3 founded by Golden Globe Winning Actor, Musician, and Philanthropist, Kevin Bacon on the principle that everyone is in need of connection. SixDegrees produces impactful initiatives to sustain and enrich local communities. SixDegrees is dedicated to creating dialogue, raising awareness, understanding, and empathy around causes that our communities care most about.
SixDegrees One Degree Less Programs include: Building Kits - resource bags for neighbors in need, causEvolve- production services for social impact storytelling, and DegreeShift - convener campaign activations.
We develop partnerships and solutions by working collaboratively with local leaders, residents, and celebrities. Our core focus areas are Youth Empowerment, Equality and Justice, Sustainability, and Emergent Issues important to our communities.
